Meditation, medication, I think I might need some help
Pick up living by the book but then I'd have to read again

It's easy to forget that we could breathe and reset
But the first step is admitting and accepting regret
All this internal dialogue has got me working like a dog
I'm running lines of monologue, I'll pop another tylenol
My guilty conscious is a confident kid
Perfecting my perspective isn't flipping a switch
I been shining lights on all the demons I carry
Maybe naming them will make them less scary

One is selfish, one is greedy, one is evil, one is very
Convincing that everything that's going wrong is my fault
