These city legs cannot take the hard gravel of your driveway,
You and your advanced books,
You and your polka dotted look,
We rang bells made out of clay and yelled for somebody to save us,
Well now all these years all I can say is I wish I had been more brave for you,
Don't you worry pretty soon we'll see the big hot air balloon,
And we'll let them land right here,
And we'll meet here every year by the river,
Did I mention I am terrible afraid of all the crawfish,
Let's build a fort instead,
I swear to keep it safe to the day that I am dead,
We could paint college dorms forever,
Or I could get famous and then our moms would never have to ever work again,
Remember when we were campin',
