I know it’s hard to leave some things behind
But just move forward with enjoyment of everything that you will find
You got to make your commitment your own from the jump
And if you start to progress, don’t look back on it once
Stick to your guns, but don’t be quick to draw
Cuz if you slip and fall, dudes say they won’t snitch at all
But you see through that, right? Just be true to that life
Do what you choose, whether music or hooping or dice

My best friends would ever envy me
Got to keep pushing, develop my skill
